KATA 6 CONTRA

"Contra" refers to "contra-indicators" or...things people do that are contrary to what they should be doing. There are contra-indicators in all of your forms and these are the things the Sensei are always harping at you about! This video series is probably the most valuable tool you can utilize in your practice. We use this as a base to our teaching, private tutoring and it's the secret sauce that makes your forms eligible to meet the standard requirements.
